Our next Slam

So we’ve brainstormed and worked hard to make sure that not only will our audiences get a fantastic show, but they will get home at a reasonable hour.

So…

A few changes have been implemented:

 

a)       The Soap Boxing Slam will last only 2.5 hours.*

b)      The Slam will begin promptly at 8:15pm.

c)       There will be no longer be any “side events”. Unless there is no feature.

d)      We will be cutting from 10 to 8 poets in the second round.

 

For those who want to keep the fun going and stick around after the Slam, we will be featuring live music, a second set by the feature act, or an open mic. Gotta keep the bar happy too :).

 

 

* Due to certain unforeseen circumstances, the Slam may go slightly longer, but seriously – 2.5 hours is what we are aiming for.
